Do you know a woman in tech whose work deserves the spotlight? Or are you that changemaker making an impact? We’re calling on YOU to submit your nominations for the Ladies in Tech Awards!

Self-nominations are encouraged. If you’ve been making an impact in tech, don’t hesitate to nominate yourself and share your accomplishments with the world.

Nominations start today through January 13, 2025!

How It Works:

1. Nominate: Complete the online form with details about the nominee.

2. Notification: Nominees (including self-nominees) will be notified during the nomination period and asked to complete a follow-up form providing more details about their accomplishments.

3. Review: The organizing committee will review all nominations and nominee submissions to select finalists via the criteria.

4. Vote: Finalists will start to be announced and public voting will open until February 21, 2025.

5. Celebrate: Finalists will be recognized and the winners will be announced and honored at the awards ceremony on March 21, 2025 in Towson, MD.

Award Categories

1. Tech Innovator Award – For groundbreaking contributions to technology.

2. Leadership Excellence Award – For outstanding leadership in tech.

3. Champion of Change Award – For mentoring, advocating, and promoting diversity in tech.

4. Excellence in Technical Skills Award – For exceptional expertise in a specific tech field.

5. Rising Star Award – For remarkable talent early in a tech career (5 years or less).

6. Unsung Hero Award – For behind-the-scenes achievers making a significant impact.
