For almost 30 years, I’ve worked in tech. Often, as the only woman in the room. I know what it feels like to be in and lead in spaces not built for us. That’s why I created the Ladies in Tech platform. To give women in tech and now women in other male-dominated fields a platform to be seen, heard, celebrated, and recognized for the brilliance they bring.

Women in these industries are not just surviving, they’re building, innovating, leading, and transforming the future of work. And yet, too often, our voices go unheard and our stories go untold. This book is about changing that.

We’re looking for women who:

💡 Work in tech, engineering, construction, law enforcement, military, aviation, finance, trucking, manufacturing, or ANY male-dominated industry

💡 Want to be a published author and inspire others by sharing their journey, past struggles, present victories, and future dreams

💡 Are ready to open up about their career path—why they chose it, their breakthroughs and challenges, and the advice or tips they’d give to others following the same road
